Ending the Era of "Omnibus" Obscurity
 

For too long, Washington has relied on "omnibus bills"—thousands of pages of legislation packed with unrelated projects and massive spending, rushed to a vote before anyone can actually read them. This is a deliberate tactic to hide accountability.
 

• Single-Issue Legislation: We must make single or dual-issue bills the law of the land.

• Clarity Over Complexity: You shouldn't have to devote days of your life to deciphering a spending bill just to know how your tax dollars are being used.
